Once we have received confirmation of your payment, your Gift Card will be sent to you via email (please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order).

Once the recipient contacts our office, we will discuss the scope of the service ​that the gift card will include.

Gift cards are considered final sales, not refundable, or exchangeable for cash. This policy applies to all gift cards purchased through our website or contact centre.

Gift cards are transferable to another person. The recipient of the gift card may transfer ownership to another individual.

How to use your Cleaning Voucher

  1. Book your house cleaning by phoning us on 0404 674 214.
  2. Please tell us that you would like to redeem your cleaning gift voucher and provide the voucher’s value and its code number.
  3. You can use your gift voucher as full or part payment for your house cleaning service.
  4. Confirm your booking, and your cleaner will arrive on the date and time specified to clean your home as required.
