General Areas
Once-off Thorough Clean (Dusting, Wiping, Vacuuming, Mopping) of: Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen, Hallways, Laundry and one Balcony.
- Remove cobweb
- Remove dust and marks on the skirting board.
- Clean accessible windows and one balcony door window/glass in and out.
- Remove dust from light switches, light fittings, power points, vents and mirrors.
- Vacuum and mop all floors.
- Wipe down door surfaces, handles, and frames, sliding doors, window sills/tracks, and window frames.


Bathroom
- Polish taps, mirrors, and shower glass.
- Clean cupboards/drawers in & out.
- Wipe down surfaces of tiles, shower recess, toilet, sink, walls, and vents.
Bedroom
- Polish mirrors.
- Clean built-in wardrobes in & out.
- Clean accessible windows and balcony door windows/glasses.
- Remove dust from light switches, light fittings, power points, vents and mirrors.


Oven
- Clean the grease inside.
- Polish the mirror door.
- Remove heavy/build-up grease from oven surfaces and racks.
Kitchen
- Wipe down from surfaces in splash back, benches, range hood, hot plates & knobs, Cooktop.
- Clean cupboards/drawers in & out. They MUST be empty. If full extra charges apply.
- Clean bar surfaces.

We might charge you an additional fee if you need:
- Wall Wash
- Blind Wash
- Dust, Wipe and Clean furniture if the property is not empty.
- Second balcony or more balcony areas and glass doors
- Mould cleaning – walls and ceilings.
- Rubbish removal
- Water Pressure Wash
- Steam carpet cleaning (hot water extraction)*
* Steaming is not suitable for natural flooring
To provide the best End of Lease Cleaning Experience, Blue Clean needs to be provided with the following
- An emergency contact if you are going interstate or overseas and can not be contacted.
- The property must have electricity and water available to operate our equipment.
- Provide location instructions for free parking availability. Additional charges may apply if free parking is not available at the property or near the property.
- It is understood that end-of-lease cleans for unfurnished properties must be clear of furniture and any other items. Items left abandoned will be considered as rubbish and will be disposed of. Blue Clean´s customer care team must be informed of any items left for our cleaners to leave in the requested house area. Our customer care team can be reached via phone calls, text messages, email or chat online.
- Blue Clean does not take any responsibility for any items left abandoned that are not informed to be kept and that may be disposed of by our teams.
